1. Eligibility & acceptance

2. The Site vs. your service agreement

These Terms govern the website only. They are separate from, and do not replace, any written estimate, proposal, work authorization, invoice, warranty, or service agreement between you and Perfect Climate Heating, Air & Plumbing for actual work performed. If there is a conflict regarding services, the signed service documents control.

3. Informational purpose

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, warranty, or professional (HVAC, plumbing, or legal) advice. Service availability, descriptions, and features may change without notice.

4. Estimates, pricing & rebates

Any prices, ranges, cost guides, calculators, or estimates shown on the Site are illustrative only, are not guarantees, and may vary based on your home, equipment, scope of work, and an on-site assessment. A binding price is provided only in a written estimate or invoice authorized before work begins. Utility or government rebate figures are estimates subject to each program’s rules, eligibility, and funding, which we do not control.

5. Promotions, coupons & maintenance plans

Promotions, coupons, and special offers are subject to the specific terms stated with each offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, apply to new/qualifying work only, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before a written estimate is authorized. Maintenance plan pricing and benefits are governed by the plan agreement provided at enrollment.

6. Financing

Financing, where offered, is provided by independent third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Rates, terms, and availability are set by the lender, not by Perfect Climate Heating, Air & Plumbing, and are subject to change. We do not make credit decisions, we never collect payment card or credit application data on this Site, and we are not responsible for lender terms.

7. Reviews & testimonials

Reviews, ratings, and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Outcomes depend on the specific conditions of your home and project.

8. Communications consent & your privacy choices

By contacting us or submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by phone and email — and, only where you separately opt in, by text message — regarding your request. Text-message consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP. 9. Intellectual property & limited license

17. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Gibson County, Indiana, or the federal courts of the Southern District of Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
