I recommend them 100%!!! They are extremely fair, very respectful, and actually seem like they care about each person. Had to get a new furnace, condenser, and thermostat. Cost a lot of money but the service you get through Perfect Climate is the best I’ve experienced in this area! Jess, Tyler, Eric were part of the install team, and Garrett was the tech that went above and beyond to help my family and I. I wish I could give everyone of them a raise and promotion, these are the guys any and all companies should want to represent them! This company has a customer for life now!

I’ve been using Perfect Climate for 4 years. Service is typically great! Had a bit of an issue with our last service tech forgetting to put a filter in after discarding our old one, and not flushing the condensation line leading to a small leak. I discovered these issues at night, messaged the service line and they got back to me first thing in the morning. Then got a tech (Tanner B.) out to our property same day. Tanner was excellent and took the time to explain why the line was leaking and apologized for the previous oversight. He made sure to wear booties and respected our home and family. If we could request him for all of our future service calls, we would!

Tannor was very kind and professional! Walked me through everything I needed to know. Showed me photos of our unit before and after! Got me on a plan that was so simple! Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service! Steven Lewis was so good to explain each and every step of replacing the leaky outdoor faucet and installing a new shut off to our main water supply in the basement. Also installed an acess panel for us. Steven and his helper were very neat and left everything as they found it. He went over the estimate before doing any work and made sure I understood it. I honestly didn't expect I could have the work done the same time they made the service call. Most definitely will use again and highly recommend for plumbing for Mt. Carmel since they actually answer calls and show up!

6 month check on new unit. Shane G. was very friendly efficient and explained everything in detail on what he Had done. Would highly recommend them. Since this was a new unit, I have no way of comparing prices, but I am sure they are very fair

We had the pleasure of working with Tannor B on our one year service. We are very pleased with the time Tannor spent explaining the protection plans we qualify for as well as what we can do to protect our equipment in between visits. I got a lesson on furnace filters and how to get the most out of our machines longevity. I highly recommend Tannor and his team at Perfect Climate based out of Haubstadt, IN.

Im not going to say the company that installed my original AC hvac & Plumbing in my home. But they have no customer service. Multiple calls months go by nothing. I placed 1 call and Perfect Climate was at my home the same week and had my new HVAC system in and hauled the old out. So when my water heater started giving my trouble there was only 1 buisness to call. They came out gave me an estimate and just a few days later it was in and the old out. I had a problem with the water not getting hot enough in my farthest away shower. They came right out made some adjustments and solved my problem. What I forgot to mention they are over an hour away. They did outstanding work. Reasonable pricing. And get you a service team out in no time at all. If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would.
