1st time to hire Perfect Climate. They sent Trevor out. He called before showing up and was on time…was very pleasant and professional. He was fast and explained the options. Very thorough in testing things electronically with his tools and offered some tips on maintenance that was behind. I like this outfit. He also mentioned if I chose another route, that they would be out same day as the call. Very knowledgeable. A+

This is the second time I’ve had Perfect Climate Solutions help me. The first time was when my water heater needed to be replaced. After other places said it would be 3 weeks before they could get to me, I was given the number for Perfect Climate Solutions and they were at my house the next day. This time, my furnace wasn’t kicking on and they came the same morning I called! Each time, the workers were extremely nice, knew what they were doing and the charges were very reasonable. I would recommend them any day.

I have used them for regular maintenance of equipment, repairs to old equipment as well as purchasing new equipment. They always provided prompt service, usually on the same day of call. Very professional and reasonably priced! My wife and I just had an old furnace replaced and these technicians ran into some unforeseen problems but took the time to do the job correctly and that goes a long way in my book! We will continue to use this service for any of our HVAC future needs!

Perfect Climate Solutions installed a 3 Zone Mini Split last year and I was super impressed with their ability to get me on the schedule quickly, they performed their work meticulously and fast. And I wasn’t able to find a fault in any of it! However, this year when it started to get warm and time for AC we were not getting any air. I contacted them after hours and dealt with the after-hour scheduling and that was super convenient!!!! They sent Braden to our home super quick and he was INCREDIBLE! We have a new puppy that got in his way a time or two, he explained the service my units need in terms that made sense, offered my yearly plans, and explained the benefits of each one. I am super impressed with the way this business carries itself. You hear nightmares from companies however if you are a customer that is considering using Perfect Climate Solutions read some of these reviews and feel at ease while they get your air in order!
