Logan is the best! He always does my service twice a year and does a great job. He is friendly and polite. I actually look forward to seeing him. He is fun and knowledgeable and explains everything to me. The office staff is also wonderful. I have never had a bad experience with this company. I have complete confidence in this company and will recommend Logan any time !

I called Perfect Climate for my water heater  because  I receive good service for HVAC. A tech was at my house within 45 minutes. Logan explained my options and was nice, professional and got the job done within a few hours. I could have called around today for pricing but I received quality service and able to support a local business. Thank you Perfect Climate and Logan T for taking care of me today!

Tannor was so efficient today. He arrived on time. He explained the work he completed on my furnace in layman’s terms. He crawled under my house to give me an estimate on duct cleaning at the last minute. He answered my question about a pipe next to my AC unit.  He also helped me with the QR code, which I don’t use. Tannor  went above and beyond!  Excellent service.

Logan and Blake were both professional with the estimate, prompt arrival time on both the estimate and the work they completed replacing a water line from the meter to our home.  They verified accuracy and completed the project as promised and are extremely satisfied with their work!  We recommend Perfect Climate for both utilities, heating, and air conditioning needs!

Tannor was amazing when he came out for the routine maintenance. He was able to come in and perform the routine maintenance as anticipated and let me know if any issues that he saw when inspecting the systems. He also informed me of problems that may appear and what to do if the problems presented themselves in between maintenance schedules. Had a fantastic experience with Perfect Climate heating and air. They took out and put in a complete AC & Furnace system in one day. Their customer service is what made me decide to go with them. My comparison would be when you have that perfect auto mechanic that always does you right and treats you fare, that’s how I have been treated with Perfect Climate.
