Tannor was so efficient today. He arrived on time. He explained the work he completed on my furnace in layman’s terms. He crawled under my house to give me an estimate on duct cleaning at the last minute. He answered my question about a pipe next to my AC unit. He also helped me with the QR code, which I don’t use. Tannor was amazing when he came out for the routine maintenance. He was able to come in and perform the routine maintenance as anticipated and let me know if any issues that he saw when inspecting the systems.
